Palata : Vibrant with alifted spicy fruit nose and smooth soft tannins on the palate that integrate well with the fruit flavours.

飲酒小品：此款酒深紫中透出亮麗的粉紅色調。西拉表現出大方的梅子和淡淡的白胡椒香味，調和著優雅的法國橡木氣息。成熟微甜的梅子果香和柔軟的單寧配合出口感豐富的西拉干紅葡萄酒。

Testing notes :  The colour of this wine is deep purple with crimson hues.This Shiraz exhibits generous plum fruit on the nose with a hint of cracked pepper,enchanced by the use of French oak.A rich full flavoured palate is supported with plenty of ripe sweet plum fruit and elegant soft tannins.
